• Only a non-profit in existence for more than 3 years and in good standing may host a casino fundraiser
  • ​Registration of the event must be done by a representative of the non profit at least 30 days in advance.  Use the link provided below
  • ​Fundraisers can only used the "controlled" games as defined by CA Penal Code section 337j(e)(1) listed on theBureau of Gambling Control Standard Games List.
  • If a non-profit is hosting an event and charging a fee to attend it qualifies as a fundraiser for the non-profit.  Registration and approval must be obtained from the BGC to bring casino games into the fundraiser. 
  • Craps and Roulette cannot be used at a  fundraiser even if not played for anything of value.
